Land for Veggies?

I am looking for 3-5 acres of land in eastern MA to begin farming next season- '09. I'd like to find a land owner who'd be interested in hosting a small market garden and/or CSA in exchange for veggies, or a low rent. Somewhere in or around the Sherborn, Natick, Medfield area would be ideal. I am not interested in being more than one hour from Boston. This would be an organic vegetable/fruit/flower farm. The only structures I'd be interested in raising would be temporary- hoop-house and possibly a small market stand. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thanks!
